Review Motorola DROID Maxx »
Motorola DROID MAXX is the longest lasting version in the DROID family, available exclusively on Verizon.

With its ginormous 3500 mAh Li–Ion battery, the Maxx could last two days on regular use. It is the longest lasting flagship smartphone in the market today.

The drawback of having a large battery is the size and the weight. It is almost 1 oz. heavier, and 0.06 in. thicker than the Ultra version of the DROID family. To most, the additional weight and bulkiness are acceptable sacrifices for an extra day of battery life.

Those users not willing to lug around a 19% heavier and 21% thicker device should consider the Ultra, as both devices are almost identical in terms of technology and functionality (except for one noticeable difference in 16GB additional storage on Maxx).

As with the other Motorola DROID family PADDs, the DROID Maxx is an exceptionally designed and built device with the latest technology from a Google family of companies.
